Bought this machine and it worked fine for almost 3 months, then needed to go through the descaling process – with Gaggia descaling liquid – and since then the frothing wand does not froth the milk as well.
Any ideas appreciated.
Since the milk is getting hot them we know the machine is working fine. The only problem is that the small air intake hole near the top of the stainless steel frothing sleeve is plugged. Just locate that and clean it out and you will good to go!
