Nice Gaggia Baby Espresso Shot w/ Breville Grinder
I might have pulled this shot a little long. I don’t really subscribe to the idea of shots absolutely having to be 25 secs or whatever. I try to pay more attention to blonding. The baby is a great machine and the breville grinder does a nice job for a such a reasonable price tag (0).

Pulled a perfect double shot (~25 seconds) from my old Delonghi this morning. The beans are a week old after it was opened and still has some decent crema. 100% Arabica organic. Espresso machine for two type of coffees?
My husband and I are looking for automatic (below 0) espresso machine. The problem is that we use both decaff and regular beans. So while many of the automatic machines have grinder I need an option that will allow using other beans.
Are you familiar with such machine?
And yes I’ve checked the different models but I’m having hard time to see if such option is available
And we’re looking for sub 00 machine (around 500-700$)

Machine: Gaggia Nuova Baby (Late 90s/Early 2000s?) Off white with red plastic light up panel. 3 way dump valve and OPV left untouched. Grinder: La Cimbali Junior Beans: Caffe D’arte Firenze, roasted 2 weeks prior, opened a few days ago. While I wait to replace group gaskets on my Nuova Simonellis, I have been loving the simplicity and power of my backup machine. 6 months of storage, pulled it out and have been making the best shots it’s ever seen. This grinder and these beans can do no wrong. Do need to get better about stirring my grounds for better distribution, but time is short before work.
