These are just a few of my recent efforts at latte art. I apologize in advance for some of the bad camera angles. I’ll do my best to rectify this in future installments. I’m just experimenting with different milk textures, as you can see. Some are thin, while others come on pretty thick. Nothing to write home about. Funny story… my camera actually ran out of juice, seconds before one of the pours. It ended up being my best rosetta to date. Absolutely perfect. I’m a pretty tough critic when it comes to latte art, and I judge myself to strict standards, but I would be proud to present that rosetta to a competition judge. Unfortunately, it was not caught on tape. However, I did take a few snapshots of it, for whatever it’s worth… kind of a sad story, come to think of it. Hopefully, I’ll be able to replicate that pour in future videos, if not surpass it.
